Principal
Mr. Stuart Horlacher
Stuart Horlacher was named Principal of Ardsley Middle School in 2017 after serving as its Assistant Principal for two years. Prior to these administrative roles, Mr. Horlacher had an extensive teaching career. He taught Physics at Ardsley High School for 13 years, where he was known for his innovative teaching methods and commitment to student success. He began his career as an educator in 2001 at Cardinal Spellman High School, where he spent a year teaching Physics.
Mr. Horlacher earned a Master of Science from the University of Bridgeport and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Manhattanville College. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware.
Assistant Principal
Ms. Jennifer Goldenberg
Ms. Jennifer Goldenberg joined the Ardsley School District as the Assistant Principal of Ardsley Middle School in 2017. Before this role, she worked as a Literacy Coach for two years and taught third, fourth, and fifth grades for eight years at P.S. 64 Elementary School. Ms. Goldenberg began her career teaching third grade at The Dalton School in Manhattan.
Ms. Goldenberg holds a Master of Science degree in Childhood Education from Bank Street College and a Master of Science degree in Administration Supervision from Hunter College. She completed her undergraduate studies at Colgate University, where she double majored in English and Education.
