On Tuesday, May 5, the Animal Lovers Club, led by advisors Marissa Carpentieri and Christina DiPaterio, visited the Humane Society of Westchester to learn about the important work the shelter does for animals in our community.

Students gained insight into animal safety, responsible care practices, and meaningful ways to support local animals in need. A highlight of the visit was spending time playing with two of the shelter’s puppies.
