AMS Students Promote Healthy Coping Strategies

AMS Students Promote Healthy Coping Strategies

AMS students in the Youth to Youth Club recently helped lead a wellness activity in the library titled Don’t Let Your Winter Stress Snowball Out of Control. During the activity, students reflected on positive ways to manage stress by writing healthy coping strategies on paper “snowballs.” These snowballs were then added to a bulletin board display, creating a shared collection of ideas and reminders focused on managing stress in positive ways.
